DATA PROTECTION
WinDoctors will take every precaution possible to assure your items and data are protected.
We strongly recommend that you back up all of your applications and data prior to requesting a repair. Despite our best efforts, accidents can -- and do -- happen. If you do not know how to make backups, contact us for assistance.
SERVICE CHARGES
Computer Repairs
Work performed between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday will be billed at $65 for the first hour and $65 each additional hour. Work performed outside of these hours will be billed at $85 per hour.
Flat Fee items (concidered to take less than 1hr)
Work performed between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday will be billed at a $65 flat fee. Parts and/or additional service time may apply.
Software Installation and Related Services
